Consider/Approve Amendment to Board Policy #5.114 – Personnel Records |

Background Information: The amendment to Board Policy #5.114 – Personnel Records, is recommended by TSBA. This policy has been modified to add additional information to the list of those prohibited from disclosure, as well as expanding the prohibition to include the information of immediate family and household members. The struck-through language is recommended for deletion from our current policy, while the underlined language is recommended to be added to our current policy. Staff Recommendation: I recommend approval of the amendment to Board Policy #5.114 – Personnel Records, on second and final reading. |
